*Our hours of operation are from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) every day of the week. If you encounter any issues or want to sign up outside these hours, you must wait or leave a support ticket. We will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible.

*We regret to inform our users that if you sign up with an email address associated with iCloud, AT&T, email.com, Bellsouth, Bell.net, Sympatico, sbcglobal.net, Eastlink.ca, shaw.ca, bellaliant.net  or Comcast, you may encounter issues receiving our sign-up emails and invoices. Please be advised of this situation.

* You will also lose the ability to reset your WEBSITE password and not receive responses from the team for tech support issues.

*We want to clarify that we have a zero-tolerance policy for rude behavior from our users. We will not tolerate any instances of rudeness under any circumstances. We reserve the right to ban any user who violates this policy immediately.

  • 1. Daily server reboots.
  • 2. Try to renew a day or two before your exp date / don't renew too far ahead, either.
  • 3. Don't buy large packages without testing first!
  • 4. Do not pay more than once unless you mean to do so or are told otherwise.
  • 5. Be specific, not general, with service questions. It's not working, which is not an acceptable response.
  • 6. Do not spam anything. 1 email, ticket, or invoice is enough. You will be warned.
  • 7. Payment links are not to be shared, period. If caught, you and the person who shared them will be warned and removed from service.
  • 8. Only use payment links to pay once and only once unless told otherwise. If in doubt, ask the team.
  • 9. Will only contact/respond to you through email, ticket, and live chat. There is NO phone service.
  • 10. If you choose to do 1-month subs, it is your responsibility to remember how to do the payment process every month. Constant reminders will no longer be done.
  • 11. Anyone not referred here by an active service user will not be allowed here. You would be removed if you came here Via Facebook or any Social Media Platform.
  • 12. Prices and our offerings are subject to change.
